Yearbooks for each level are on sale through Jostens now. LCS produces three different yearbooks, and direct links to purchase yours are below. Pricing increases December 14.
Please note that students in both Lincolnton and Denver share a combined book at each level, so there is no need to differentiate between campuses.

Come out and cheer for the Eagles!
Volunteering at Lincoln Charter School is increasing and Eagles are Engaging daily. The unofficial total is approaching 1,000 hours! This represents only a portion of what is actually happening on and off campus daily. There are Eagles who are volunteering directly in the classroom and are not included in this total. If you have not logged your individual projects, now is the time to do so. If you have questions on how to log hours, contact Brenda DeYoe and I will help you get it done quickly.
Thank you to the Engaged Eagles who stepped up this past week for several immediate volunteer needs. The second quarter ends before Christmas break, so look for events to be scheduled in the very near future. Thank you Engaged Eagles!

Sock It To Me
5th Graders at LCS will be conducting their annual Sock Drive for Christian Ministries!
Please bring only new socks and drop them off in the donation boxes in each building on our campus. Ladies, men, children, and infant sizes are needed in any color or style.
We will collect socks December 10th-14th and then donate them to Christian Ministries.
5th Grade Year Long Project
Our Lincolnton campus 5th graders are participating in the Crayola ColorCycle Project where recycled markers are turned into fuel.
Did you know that 308 recycled markers produces 1 gallon of fuel, which is enough to power an SUV (15 MPG) for 15 miles?
The fifth graders collected markers from the entire Lincolnton campus for the months of September, October and November and mailed Crayola enough markers to produce 2 gallons of fuel!
During this project, the students advertised the project and collected and sorted markers. Data is being kept on how many markers are coming from each grade level or department on campus and how much is being sent to Crayola. The ColorCycle Project will continue through the rest of this year. Students are collecting all brands of markers.
