Leslie Kaplan

This will be my second year with Lincoln Charter School and I am very excited about the 2011-2012 school year.  

In 2007 I graduated from the University of Vermont where I undertook a rigorous curriculum, traveling to both Paris and Buenos Aires to hone the languages I love. I received a Bachelor in Arts, with a major in Spanish and a minor in French. I am an avid student of foreign language myself and hope to pass that enthusiasm on to my own students. 

I believe an effective teacher creates a positive and encouraging atmosphere in which to learn.  As a teacher, I want to create an environment that fosters learning and cultural understanding.
