We are very excited about Track Attack on October 14th! This fun-filled day is the only major PTO fundraiser of the school year. This event will provide a physically active and fun day for the children as well as allow 100% of the funds raised to stay in our school.
As a charter school, we rely on the generosity of our community, local businesses and parents to support our endeavor to provide an exceptional education for your children.
Our goal for Track Attack this year is to help fund AT LEAST ONE of the following:
- Provide $25,000 toward $305,000 Timken/LCS Technology Initiative
- Additional notebooks for mobile computer lab
Track Attack is a Walk-a-Thon where students acquire sponsorships for walking around our soccer field. The individual student goal is $100. A corporate sponsorship of $100.00 will put a company's name on the back of our "Track Attack" t-shirt that will be worn by every student, school employee and parent volunteer on the event day and throughout the year. Additional donations of any amount will also be accepted from family and friends.
Please submit your personal donations to your employer's charitable matching contributions program, if eligible, and provide a copy of that form with your donation form.
If you need additional sponsorship forms, they are available at each campus and online. You can use one per child or one per family. PLEASE, hold all sponsorship monies and turn in to your child's teacher at one time. This will make it easier for the teachers and the Track Attack team to account for all donations. All monies must be turned in by September 30, 2011 to be considered for prizes.

All checks should be payable to LCS PTO or you may choose to pay online for amounts of $100 or more (in increments of $25) for personal/family donations only. For example, if you wish to donate $200, order 2 x $100 donations. You may also choose to order a donation on each of your children's accounts so that you are assured each child is appropriately credited.
Corporate donation options are NOT available online. Please complete a Corporate/Business Sponsorship form and submit it with a corporate/business check.
