Tara White

Hi!  My name is Tara Marrs and I am the fourth grade Math teacher.  This is my first year at Lincoln Charter, and I am so excited to be a part of this wonderful school!I am a graduate of UNC-Charlotte, where I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (K-6) with a concentration in Visual and Performing Arts.  After graduating, I spent time as an Instructional Assistant in grades 3, 4, and 5 where I taught small groups in Math and Literacy classes.  I also have experience Student Teaching in a second grade classroom, and have enjoyed teaching all content areas in fourth grade. I am looking forward to providing your child with a year filled with meaningful learning experiences as (s)he grows as a fourth-grade student!
